Shipping Policy

Utah Wine Cellar Design will ship your order to most businesses addresses in the US , and to every residential address in the US with Home Delivery service, excluding APO and FPO addresses. There may be additional charges for orders to PR, AK & HI. If there will be additional charges, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. We are not able to ship outside of the United States.

 
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. Due to the size of the shipment we may use a Freight carrier which would require you to confirm an appointment time of estimated delivery. You will receive a call prior to delivery. Please make sure that your Shipping Address and contact phone number are accurate when placing your order. If an order must be re-routed there will be additional shipping charges
 
In stock items generally ship within 3 business days upon receipt of your order. We will notify you upon receipt of the order what your specific lead time is expected to be. Utah Wine Cellar Design does not guarantee any estimated ship date and cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed due to production changes or Acts of God.

Wine Cellar Cooling Unit Return/Refund Policy

All of the wine cellar cooling units sold at Utahwinecellardesign.com are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranties. Please refer to product descriptions or manuals for warranty details. Any problems, defects or freight damage to the units should be reported directly to the manufacturer. Utah Wine Cellar Design takes no responsibility for installation, service, or support of these units. All sales are final and are not returnable.
